The student council building is in the far back of the island, near the ocean and the main boat dock. Right behind the main building is the student council's courtyard.
The island has forest surrounding it and even on the man-made platform known as Utopia's island. Not many people venture inside of the woods for many reasons, because most of the *bad* things happen here. Inside of this forest lie deserted buildings that are no longer in use.
