Utopia is based around violence and abuse. Thus having a infirmary is a -must-, they can't allow everyone to simply die. Inside of the infirmary are professional doctors and nurses awaiting to assist you.
A main spot inside of the main building, this is where all the kids in Utopia get there resources for their own mini-fridges and this is where the population gathers due to the high-class food.
