Like the title of the topic says, I really want to know if it's just me or Byond here.

So when I clicked join on Utopia, and another RPU server I was told my dream seeker was far too out of date, and to go to the download page on Byond to update my installation. Like a derp, I tried three times to fix the problem by re-downloading Byond with the top windows link. But, then at the bottom of the page I found what looks like it's a newer version, and tried to download it. The problem is I keep getting the 404 not found message when I try to directly download it, or open the zip.

Edit: And then I realize this wasn't really about Utopia. Sorry for placing it here.
